Letters from Angus Maude (1912-1993), politician. The letter of 14 July 1971 encloses a letter from E.L. Black which discusses education. Maude suggests that Black "might say a useful piece at the conference". The letter of 11 May 1979 states "I have always felt that the publication of the first Black Paper represented the first breakthrough in common sense".
