Records of Llanddeusant Parish Council and Llanddeusant Community Council, Carmarthenshire, 1894-1977, including minute books, 1894-1977; book of declarations of acceptance by parish councillors, 1894-1973; rate precept book, 1895-1963; treasurer's receipts and payments book, 1895-1964; and petty cash books, 1896-1966.

Parish councils were established by the Local Government Act 1894. The records contain mainly minute books, financial statements, correspondence, copies of planning applications, and rate lists. Community councils replaced parish councils under local government reorganization in 1974.

Arranged into the following: minute books; correspondence; financial; miscellaneous; and maps and plans.
