concerning the estate of the late Mr G Davies of Cyffty near Llanrwst whose Will dated 24 April 1854 devised his real estate in trust for his nephew Robert Owen Davies. Gives opinion on whether a Lease must be granted for the house and fields called Beaver Grove and concludes that ROD should grant the Lease for a further 14 years.
