J.H. Cardon of Hermasillo, Soura, Mexico, appointed PG Kime of 18 Woburn Square, London, his attorney in 1898 to effect the sale of the mines. These are the papers concerning that appointment and the deeds of the mines themselves.

The British Records Association seem to have sent these papers (BRA 898) to Christopher Schmitz, Department of History, University of Exeter, in July 1974. Mr Schmitz donated them to the University Library.
