(a) Lease of rooms and premises at 53 South King Street, Manchester, from MDBC to Messrs John Alker & Co, for 10 years at £120, 8 Aug 1906. With 3 5 year extensions from 29 Sep 1916, 7 Feb 1917 and 29 Sep 1926.

(b) Copy of a letter from F. Archer Gillies, secretary of MDBC, to Messrs John Alker & Co, in relation to the cancellation of their present lease of premises at 51 South King Street, Manchester, in favour of a new lease to incorporate the late Mr Chesney's rooms, 9 Mar 1936.

(c) Letter from John Alker & Co to F.A. Gillies, secretary of MDBC, regarding their acceptance of the new lease proposed in Gillies's letter of 9 Mar 1936. On headed paper, signed John Alker & Co, 10 Mar 1936.
