Lease by (i) to (ii) mines of lead ore, caulk and calamine in part of a field in Holywell called Quitia Ball, being part of Grange tenement, commencing from the ground now in lease to the Governor and Company for Smelting down Lead with Pit Coal and Sea Coal extending southwards to the end of the same field, and containing 3 meers in breadth from the fence between the said field and Pen y Ball Lane.
Term: 7 years.
Rent: 30s. per ton of lead ore, 15s. per ton of caulk and calamine.
