(ii) Teresa Towneley, spinster, sister of Richard Towneley of Towneley, co. Lancaster, esq.
(iii) The Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Molineux, baronet, Lord Viscount Mariburg in the Kingdon of Ireland, Sir Roger Mostyn of Mostyn, co. Flint, baronet and the said Richard Towneley.
Conveyance to (ii) of the Talacre estate after the death of (i) and conveyance of the same to (iii) upon trusts (specified) during his life.
