5 parcels of land in the said town; one lying in breadth between the land of Perse of Hope and the land of John ap Gruffith Vechan, one head abutting on the road leading from Gronant towards Gwesbure, the other on the land of said Perse; the second lying in breadth between the land of Meredith ap Tudur and the land of Perse of Hope, one head abutting on the land of said Perse, the other on the land of Jeffrey ap Plethyn and Robin ap John; the third lying in width between the land of John ap Gruffith Vechan and the land of the heirs of Richard ap Wilcot, one head abutting on the boundaries of the towns of Gwesbure and Axton, the other turning on the land of John ap Gruffith Vechan; the fourth lying in breadth between the land of John ap Gruffith Vechan and the land of Jeffrey ap Plethyn, John ap Gruffith Vechan, and Lewis ap John, one head turning on the road leading from Kelstaton towards Picton, the other abutting on the land of said Robyn ap John; the fifth lying in breadth between the land of the heirs of William ap Giles and the land of the heirs of Ithell ap Heilyn, one head abutting on the land of Howell ap Giles, the other turning on the land of the heirs of Conwy (?) ap Yollyn.
