Scope and Content

Of Thomas Salisbury late of Flint deceased, who died seised of a capital messuage in Flint and 500 acres of land, 6 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture and 2 acres of wood; 6 messuages in the hamlet called le Bolys ( tenants named); 3 messuages, 40 acres of land, 6 acres of meadow and 20 acres of wood and briar in the township of Colcell; 3 messuages, 60 acres of land, and 10 selions in the lordship of Hawarden next to le Weper Broke [Wepre Brook], the coal mines of the same, and 2 acres of meadow in the occupation of Thomas Plesyngton and John Atherton. Thomas Salisbury died 8 December 1530; Agnes Salisbury daughter of Thomas heir, then aged 11.

Premises in Court of Wards until heir was 16.
