Scope and Content

(i) Sir John Salysbury.

(ii) Thomas Salysbury of the Flynt, bastard son of Thomas Salysbury deceased.

Recites that (i) is bound to (ii) in £1000 by statute merchant at Chestre bearing equal date. Covenant by (ii) that if (i) performs covenants contained in a pair of indentures dated 10 September instant, then the statute merchant to be void.
