Scope and Content

Granting to Thomas Tottie a fulling-mill in Fulbrooke alias Greenfeild [Greenfield] with 2 closes belonging, one called Gwecke yr Tayntre and the other lying between the said fulling-mill and a granary called the Nether Corne Mill, late parcel of the possessions of the monastery of Basingwerke, to hold for 40 years, rent 33s.4d. and 6s.8d.
