Agreed that Dame Barbara is to lease to (ii) mines of lead, caulk and calamine under a piece of ground 3 meers in length and 2 in breadth called the Ash Tree Work, worked for several years by (ii), lying in a tenement in the parish of Holywell formerly in the holding of John Kenrick and now held by Edward Jones of Pen y Ball farmer.
Term: 9 years.
Rent: 40s. per ton of lead ore and 15s. per ton of caulk and calamine.
