Lease by (i) and (ii) to (iii) of a garden in Greenfield on the north end of the water corn-mill of (ii), with liberty to erect a mill for the manufacuturing of pins and needles and working of brass, and liberty to take water from the stream to work a water-wheel. £80 at least is to be spent on the building.
Term: 21 years.
Rent: £6 per annum and also 2s. for every £ laid out by (i) and (ii) on the buildings.
