Robert Lee of Lee Place co. Oxford esq., and Piers Mostyn of Greenfield esq., (brother of Sir Edward), executors of Sir Edward.

Agreed that Dame Barbara may lease to (ii) half the mines of lead, caulk and calamine under that part of the tenement near Pen y Ball parish of Holywell lately held by John Kenrick, lying above mines called Sutcliffe's Work and Clawdd containing 3 meers 8 yards (bounds given).
Term: 7 years.
Rent: 30s. per ton of lead ore and 15s. per ton of caulk and calamine, payable to Sir Piers.
