Counterpart of a lease for 21 years by Adam Bagshaw the elder of Wormhill, gentleman, to Robert Bagshaw of Manchester, Lancashire, and John Hyde of the Overend in Hope parish, husbandman, of a piece of newly enclosed ground near the meere or the Golden Wall Spring in the Over End alias Upper End of Greenfairfield [Green Fairfield] and land on the south side of the same belonging to Wormhill Chapel.
