CIRCULAR LETTER: S. M. Phillipps, Whitehall to the Clerk of the Peace for Anglesey, he is directed by Mr Secretary Peel to acknowledge receipt of his letter and request that he inform the justices that as the convicted Catherine Williams is too advanced in years to be transported to New South Wales, Mr Peel cannot give any directions for her disposal.
