ORDERS OF COURT: The new Gaol ;

The Gaol committee had been able to purchase the land of Mrs Thomas.

The building of the goal do proceed.

Mesers Hansom and Welch were appointed architects for the new Gaol .

Endorsed: William Thomas of Holyhead having given a tender to execute the masonry of the new Gaol for a sum of 2873 was accepted.

William Exley of York having given a tender to execute the carpentry, joinery, glazing, iron work, slating, plastering, plumbing and painting for the sum of 1667.3.1 was accepted.
