MEMORANDUM OF RECOGNIZANCE: Hugh Jones of Amlwch who is bound in the sum of twenty pounds, Henry Jones, miner of Amlwch and Robert Roberts, yeoman of Ty mawr in the parish of Llanfechell who are both bound in the sum of fifteen pounds each for the appearance of Hugh Jones to answer the charge by Mary Prichard of Llangristiolus, that she is pregnant and Hugh Jones is the father of the child.
