Scope and Content

STATEMENT: John Jones of parish Newborough, yeoman, that Owen Evans has threatened to murder him.

Therefore he prays the security of the Peace against Owen Evans for fear of death or receiving some great bodily injury.

Endorsed: Owen Evans is bound in the sum of £20, Evan Thomas and Robert Thomas £10 each Surety to keep the peace toward John Jones.
