MOTION: R. Prichard solicitor for the prosecution to issue distringas and continue the presentment in the case of Rex on the prosecution of H.H. Jones Esq. v. Llanfechell and to discontinue the presentment on payment of costs in the same v. Llaneugrad. In the cases of Rex on the presentment of W.P. Lhoyd v. Llandyfrydog, Penrhosllygwy, and Llanallgo to continue and Rhodygeidio to file the presentment and continue.
