Comments on two points in Campbell-Bannerman's speech:
- the way the figures fluctuated in the most unaccountable way (Might this not be the influence of the commanding officer, or chaplain)
- that the Indian Government was considering a certain other way of dealing with the question (This might be more along their lines; in which case she would be glad to know if anything is being done).
Reports that the article is half written; thinks it should not be too long, with not many quotations, and should stimulate questions and thought.
