Written from Wimbledon. Has had the good news from Mm. De Lavalege that 'every one of the Working Men's Associations of Belgium has given in its adhesion to our principles and that they are all sending delegates to the Congress' She has been asked to address them in one of their large halls on two evenings of the week. She with friends have decided not to attack the Projet de Loi [see letter of 19 Sep] but merely to state their principles so strongly that they will show up the errors of the Project.
