Asks for her friend's help in writing a handbill about Captain Vivian. Sends one she did for Scottish gentlemen. Mentions one she did on Mr Rathbone addressed to the electors of Liverpool from the LNA. It acknowledged his good qualities and then went on to say that 'he favoured legislation which deprived of jury trial, condemned on suspicion etc.' She feels so bitterly about Vivian that she is afraid to write a handbill about him.
