Expresses herself strongly against changing the place of the Conference from Geneva to Brussels. Discusses possibility of holding a public meeting in Brussels either before or at the time of the Regulationist Conference. Thinks it would also be too difficult to hold a public meeting in Brussels without local co-operation and that would be very difficult. 'We would be listened to by the working people, if they can be got at, without local aid, but doctors would not give much heed to them' A Protest is the only thing open to them.
