Josephine Butler to Rev George Butler

Scope and Content

Written from Paris.

Looking forward to her husband and all the family joining her (discusses various alternative dates). Is willing to postpone the rest of her work 'till we get a little warmth and holyday all together'. Mentone by Christmas a pleasant aim. Stanley (second son known as Cat or Catty in the family) has been with her all the week but he has had no one to go round with and she would have been glad if Stuart could have come. Talks of the difficulty of the work in Paris.
