Mrs Elizabeth Andrew to 'My very dear friend' [Miss Forsaith]

Scope and Content

Written from 29 George Square, Edinburgh. Very thankful to be in a quiet place for the weekend. As Miss Forsaith is tending her sick brother, she suggests they should come to her later on and go to the Gledstones who had asked them. There have been many interesting incidents of their Scottish tour, but Inverness stood out among them all. Hopes that Mr Cooke will soon send a cheque for the copies of 'The Queen's Daughters' [See letter of 22 Mar] as they must soon meet a large account with the printers.
