Describes the progress of the campaign at Geneva. As a result of the speeches made by M. de Meuron and M. Bridel, 32 members (a third of the House) have voted with them. Their party, the National Party, was formed some weeks ago; its organ 'The Signal de Geneve' edited by a young Swiss, M. Thomas. She is staying with Mme de Gingins, and they have had several successful meetings in her large room.
