Written from Winchester. Suggests Miss Priestman and her sister, Mary, should come up on the 12th [Thursday] to meet her in London for a formal Committee; otherwise she fears 'Miss Bewicke and her friends will make arrangements for co-operation with the Federation independently of us'. She has 'a lot of notes from out Swiss Meetings to consult over'.
