Speaks of the bitter cold prevailing. She points out that while formerly she was given a yearly sum for secretarial expenses now though her correspondence is certainly greater than it was she gets nothing towards postal expenses which lately have been five to seven shillings a week. Would she mention this to Henry Wilson.
