An answer to the circular of 17 Dec 1902. She expresses surprise and grief art the resolution which M. Minod can only justly regard as a vote of censure. Mr Wilson seems to have based his Resolution on the published criticism of Mr Ward who himself 'had never read M. Minod's paper and is only partially acquainted with the whole question.' She hopes it is not too late to rectify the mistake which may otherwise 'produce a coldness between the English Abolitionists and our best and firmest friends on the Continent.
