Received that morning a copy of the Mercantile Marine Hospital Service Bill which is down for second reading on the following Tuesday. Proposes to send a circular letter to all the members of the Six Northern Counties. Suggests that all members should write immediately to those with whom they have any influence. Will probably go to Hull to promote opposition from that port.
