Photocopy of letter. Written from Hotel d' Italia, Florence.
'Geoffrey Grey came to me at Lucerne' and travelled over the Gothard with her; she thought he had much improved. In Florence she has a nice warm little room overlooking the Arno; thinks she will stay ten days as she has plenty to do there including letters to answer. One was from Charlie from Portuguese East Africa; he is nervous about the forthcoming rainy season and has recurring fever. Also letters giving her introductions from Lord Ripley, Lord Rosebery
