Says she is propped up in bed and trying hard to learn to write better. She has asked her publisher to send Josephine a new atlas which gives the comparative size of England with all other countries. In it she can see the comparative size of Japan with 'the monster Russia whom she has beaten'.

On 31 Mar she is moving to Victoria Villas, Miss Moodies, not far from where she is.
