Asks if they will copy her short report, which she sent to her son Stanley, and then return the original to him.

'Rhoda tells me that Josephine [Josephine's granddaughter] walks so nicely and is getting more active'. (See letter dated 27 Nov 1893 and letters of 1891 and 1892 when she was on her back for months)

'Bob' was the younger brother of 'Little Josephine'.

Josephine Butler praised a report made by Mrs Helen Dyer about work with Indian women.

'Mrs Thomas'. Josephine Butler's sister Emily now married to her 3rd husband FW Thomas, a widower with a family.
