Scope and Content

Typed resolution proposed by Rev GA Bennetts, seconded by Miss Goff, and passed by the British Committee of the International Federation for the Abolition of State Regulation of Vice. That this Committee is of opinion that Mr Wilson has given Mr Findlater wise advice concerning the proposed Conference in India, and further considers that officers in the Army and Chaplains being in the service of the Government would find it difficult to form quite an unprejudiced opinion concerning Army Regulations; also that a Conference upon this subject without women would be altogether one sided and unsatisfactory.
