Lawyer approves of plan and summons, but the affair must be guided by one party. Unfortunately Mr Banks has butted in and it is now known that the Society is interested in the case.

A copy of this entitled 'Sheldrake's Aldershot and Sandhurst Military Gazette' is in the envelope containing 'Press cuttings and pamphlets about the Percy Case Mar 1875' at the beginning of the collection of letters on this subject
