Josephine Butler to Miss Forsaith

Scope and Content

Written from Eversley, Balham (Mrs de Selincourt's home). No date but written at the same time as a whole set of letters from that address dealing with the White Slave Traffic Conference of 21-23 Jun 1899, the Congress of the Council of Women and LNA annual meeting.

Asks Miss Forsaith if she could come to see her there before she (JB) leaves England, which would be after their LNA meeting. She has heard all that went on the 'Traffic Conference' from delegates who came to see her. She hopes to see Mr Stuart before she leaves about the new aspect of the Brussels Conference [a Medical conference held at Brussels Sep 4-8 1899]
