Scope and Content

No address. No year but reference to foreign delegates coming to England which would be the International Conference held in London in Jul 1898.

Hopes the cards will come soon as she may not find some of the foreign delegates at their homes much longer. Asks if Miss F will give her from the Office five shillings worth of foreign 2 and a half pence stamps. She has not charged her postal expenses to the Federation for the last two or three years but this last Spring her postal expenses have amounted to nearly £1. A week, 'and that and the 'Storm Bell' are rather a pull on my purse'. She has told the printers to let the Office have the new 'Storm Bell' not later than Friday night the 8th.
