Postcard. Postmark Liverpool. States that M Humbert has sent out 2000 of 'the address to the foreign churches' in private letters to German clergy. He proposes being present at the International Peace Conference in Paris in Sep to seek the aid of the delegates in our Cause. He says all three editions of the 'Voice' ('Une Voix dans le Desert' in French, German and Italian) are in circulation
