The question of getting help for Mrs Tanner was brought up in 1899 at the Annual Meeting of the LNA on 3 Jul and the suggestion was then made of getting Mrs Tanner's great niece Mrs Clothier (nee Clark) (daughter of Helen and WS Clark of Street).
