Written from Eversley, Balham (Mrs de Selincourt's home).

Tells him of the visits she has had from the foreign Delegates to the 'Traffic Conference'. All agree that Berenger must be considered as an opponent, even a dangerous one, they say 'he has long aimed at being a leader in a great moralising movement. The Swiss were not used to being attacked in England and they came under a 'fire of Regulationist bullets'. Expects to leave England next week.
