Devoted to urgent need for money: gives expenses of running the Federation: expenses of her office with salary of Miss Humbert (whose efficiency increases every year) correspondence with foreign countries, travelling, all of which adds up to £200 a year, and Mr Stuart has only £50. in hand for all this. Can the LNA help? She wants to publish a vivid and striking report of the Federation's Continental work of the past year.
