Approves her arrangements for a programme for LNA annual meeting on the evening of 14 Oct; Vigilance Annual Meeting on the afternoon of the 15 Oct and a Public Meeting on the evening of the 15 Oct. She would advise a mass meeting for the Vigilance Association and to advertise its objects in a popular manner. Suggest topics for speakers. She will of course stay with them when she comes to Bristol, and may she bring her sister Madame Meuricoffre also 'she wants to plunge into my work for a month'
