Henry Wilson to Mr Horne

Scope and Content

Copy letter. Written from Sheffield.

Says he is rather concerned about Mr Findlater's activities, especially his letter about a Conference in the Bombay Guardian. He has formed the opinion that 'he is a well meaning but impulsive man, who has only lately come to take any interest in opposing Regulation...and imagines that if he can get his thirty people together some great step will be taken forthwith' also included Mr Wilson's notes for this letter.
