Written from Liverpool. At the Committee meeting held the previous Saturday a letter from Mr Gladstone was read implying that he would receive a deputation of Ladies as soon as the Report of the Commission is laid on the table of the House. So let every local Committee be in readiness to send up one or more Representatives to join her in London. This would strengthen his hands in case the Report were not so favourable to them.
