Grieved she was unable to see her the other day but overcome with bronchitis and asthma. Doubts if much will come of the conference at Paris this time. Some fear that there will be a rupture with the Piersons and others leaving them 'I don't know if that will matter much'

'I doubt if much good will come of the Conference there' The International Conference of the Federation was held at Paris on 14-15 Jun 1900

In the 'Shield' of Aug 1900 p 57 is given some account of the Conference: '... a morning session was devoted to an examination of the 'projets de loi' of M M Leveune, in Belgium, and Getz in Norway. M de Meuron who presided, presented a concise statement with regard to these two Bills'
