Copy of letter. Written from Liverpool. She deals with the revelations about the Paris police that were first bought out in the 'Revelations of the ex-Agent of Morals Police'. At the trial of the newspaper 'La Lanterne' for calumny, the paper described in court several horrible practices used by the police on prisoners held for trial, especially that known as the 'Coffee Mill'. He can obtain a verbatim report of the trial of the 'Lanterne' from the official newspaper 'Le Journal des Tribuneaux'.
