Written from Dover. Tuesday [13 Jul] No date but written just before / on the way to the International Federation Conference held at Brussels 15-17 Jul 1897 (Thurs-Sat).

Asks if the Office will send for her pamphlet ['The Constitutional Iniquity involved in all forms of the regulation of prostitution'] to the list of friends she encloses. She bemoans how often she has to cross the Channel, and there is at the moment such a rough sea. Asks her friend if Lady Henry Somerset's recantation comes about openly to send her the news to Brussels.
