Written from Wimbledon (dictated). She has had a visit from two American ladies [Dr K Bushnell and Mrs Andrews]. She has asked them to visit her friends when they go to stay in the west country. They are 'willing to go to India on our Cause and at their own expense'. Gives an outline of their social work in America which included 'some remarkably good work among the terrible lumber camps of Wisconsin.'
