Recorded by Devon & Cornwall Constabulary at the House of Commons. Chris Mullin interviewed by Chief Constable John Evans and Detective Superintendent John Essery. Addresses the guilt or otherwise of the Birmingham Six, the legality of the evidence used against them and any evidence implicating other persons (including material on the 'young planter'). With references to 'Error of Judgement' and the Granada television programme 'Who Bombed Birmingham'. The second and third tapes end prematurely and are taken up on the subsequent tape
